I'm still having this issue.... cannot work out why only a couple of switches are triggering the error. The firmware is all the same... I called my vendor... they don't know what the problem is and cisco won't help because we don't have subscription....
Ive managed to load the switches into CNA 5.6 on my win 7 64 bit machine. I was able to narrow the error down to two 3560-X switches that are causing the error. Any ideas?

Hi Conor,I have attached the requested configs of both switches.You will notice that on the config of the Building 1 switch, there are approx 28 PC's already attached to this switch.The SFPs are on port 49 on both switches.Cheers!Matt
