Hi, As I already told you that re-seating did not help. But as I removed the active card the from the slot, the router did not go off and this card became active and still having that Major error. Then I removed that also and swapped their positions....

Hi, Tried re-seating but the problem remains the same. Any other troubleshooting to perform or RMA is the only solution.......? regards Chander
