I just got a Cisco RV340W Umbrella. In trying to set it up the directions say that both the username and password are cisco.When I go to the address listed (192.168.1.1) and enter the given passwords I get an error stating that they are incorrect. ...

I've tried both Firefox and Edge. I get to the login screen, enter the default username nd password (both are cisco in lowercase) and iI get an error stating the username and/or password are incorrect. I've tried the Reset but still get the error.

This doesn't help as by entering the default username (cisco) and the default password (cisco) generates the same error - Invalid username/password.
