Greetings Cisco Community, We have a video image quality problem with Cisco Z70 over the ZVRS website,(ZVRS provides sign language interpreters for about 20 of our hearing-impaired employees.) The video image randomly breaks up and is un-viewable. This happens throughout the day and doesn't seem to coincide with high traffic periods. We are running Cisco 3850Cisco IOS Version 16.3.5b on the edge, Cisco fiber switches as aggregation,(model escapes me now, though they are in the 3800 series), 7706NX-OS Version 7.3(0)DX(1) & Cisco ASR 9006 IOS XR 10.69.31.13 routing. Firewall is PA5505, PAN OS 7.1.19. QOS is not implemented. Would QOS be the way to go to improve video? or is there a better option? Thanks!
