In a cloud based deployment, Jabber clients are having issues with file transfer. MAC to MAC never works and Win to Win is hit or miss. Sometimes one client can transfer to another but not the reverse and so on Running 9.7.1 build 18710
We are seeing issues with file transfer using Jabber Chat. It seems to not work from MAC-MAC and one way from most PC clients to PC clients. We are using 9.7.1 Win FW on or off makes no difference.
