I reserved one sdwan sandbox instance and stopped it and now I launching another sdwan sandbox version 20.10. now I am getting "Concurrent sandboxes limit reached" . Can someone check this ?

Right now I have sandbox 12.5 with "skamavaram@broadsoft.com" account registered. Also have "sakamava@cisco.com" account registered earlier but not active now
