Updates to Sandbox Reservation Internet Access Policy

Due to changes in our networking policies, we are updating the internet access policy within our sandbox reservation instances.
Hosts will no longer have internet access outbound.
This should not affect the overall functionality or access to the resources within the sandbox instances, connecting via VPN.

Jabber Guest Sandbox 11.0 - Can not initiate call

Hi,

 

I am using a jabber sandbox 11.0. Sand box id - 'be0f01f9-adc4-42af-94ca-cf7d8a9ceabd'

 

I can login to Cisco Jabber Guest Admin page but when I am trying to initiate the call using this link I am receiving error.

https://jabberguest.abc.inc/call/1001@10.10.20.1

 

Error - The destination associated with this link is not reachable.

Message: Not found

Category: 1 (SIP_ERROR_404)‎

Code - 404

 

Any help is appreciated.

Have you checked if the extension1001 exists on cucm and is registered to it?

 

i am not able to logon with anyconnect through emea gateway :(

From where to download the jabber client app for testing. I have sanbox 12/12.5
