Sorry for late response. I logged on wrong Cisco ID. This is Cisco Firmware Bug. CSCvs40531. I think it might be resolved after upgrading firmware, but my customer doesn't want to upgrade now because his company is very busy.

Sorry, I can't remember if I resolved that problem. I guess I might gave up to use ASDM 1.9 and used ASDM 1.8. However, I can access firepower with ASDM 1.9.7 at the moment.
