When our operator attempts to updates, adds or delete a speed dial she recieves an error  Unable to amend speed dial.  The following error was returned: Database update error.has anyone else had this problem and how is it corrected.ThanksDoug

When I start the sync with cucm on the cueac system it immeditaly responds with Server Error. Data Error : FAILURE : 15 the Sync report shows last completed as 2011-03-25 10:18:24 (todays date is 2011-05-20)ThanksDoug
