Attendant Console error when adding or deleting Speed Dials

When our operator attempts to updates, adds or delete a speed dial she recieves an error  Unable to amend speed dial.  The following error was returned: Database update error.

has anyone else had this problem and how is it corrected.

This issue can occur when an antivirus application is enabled. Disable the antivirus application in order to resolve the issue.Also, find the URL for the same
