I saw someone ask this last year and the response was that this is being worked on. Has there been an update? I have a customer that has migrated everything to AWS and needs to migrate from CSPC to CX Cloud collector.
Can you only add ranges one at a time? With CSPC, we were able to add as many as 500 at once via the XML API console script. I've yet to see a way to do this via CX. I have many customers with over 100 ranges, what's the best method for discovering...
We've tried multiple browsers and incognito, clearing cache etc. Customer unable to make it all the way through the process to grant CBR Admin. Assistance needed.

Meaning we can get to the point of selecting my CCOID and then the roles come up and none are selectable. My ID and his ID are associated with the same contract, so that's not the problem.
