Same issue others are having.  Know this was a problem in the last few months as well. Redeploying a collector and get that error when attempting to dl new certificate.

I have a customer getting an error when attempting to register for SNTC "oops something went wrong.."  Will provide details in PM. He's tried incognito mode as well as different browser.  
I have a user who was granted access via CSAM but a week later still cannot access the SNTC portal.  Will share details in PM.
I have a customer whose security team is being alerted that 2.8.1.8 is running 1024 bit encryption instead of their recommended 2048.  Is there a way to change this in CSPC?  Or is 2.9.X using higher level?
