Hi, i have a WSA configured as transparent. after blocking some URL categories , once i add proxy server to machine or browser in blocks all the URLs even the allowed web categories. and i need to find a solution ASAP

hey, youtube cannot be blocked on chromehowever it's blocked while using internet explorer and microsoft edge , firefox some times doesn't block too but chrome is always allowing it, so i am searching for a solution please
