The issue now fix and was hitting the bug below. You need to enable IDLE Pattern on MDS for 6400 FI as this is a ASIC limitation. https://bst.cloudapps.cisco.com/bugsearch/bug/CSCvj31676

Hi Kirk, I think its not Just UCS PowerCli but VMware PowerCli is also working really slow. I tried to import the module and tried to run the commands on PowerShell however the issue remained the same. Regards, Pranav
