When an agent transfers a call, how do I find the phone number that the agent transferred the call to?
I can see how many times an agent transfers calls but I can't find the phone number that the calls were transferred to.  Which report shows the phone number that the call(s) was transferred to?Cisco Software DiscussionsCisco Software Discussions
