same here, the router firewall is a shame on Cisco; access rule and port forwarding is unreliable. Trying to bypass the firewall using DMZ also give another headache here.
Opening ticket to the support and they confirm the cause of network down is because MX overload, the event dropped log is because of spike of traffic that not getting logged on MX utilization. Maybe its time to look for bigger firewall.
Hi, please check your log for "packet dropped event". Sometimes even though meraki utilization showing low utilization, spike could be occurred which make the mx drop the package and not showing on the monitor.
