Does anyone know why the softphone does not work over a roadrunner network? It seems that the PSTN phone hears the softphone fine but the other way around does not work!.Thanks-Nikhil

Steve,If you are talking about the Global Directory, You might want to try the DC Directory export. I have not tried this personally myself but It might get the job done. You will have to either setup replication or export the data to a csv file.Hope...

We can use only 323 on the PRI that is coming in from the telco. It would be a big change to put through since the system is functioning fine with failover and all. I'm refraining from changing the attenuation and gain since it affects the entire sys...
