Reading the manual and deployment guide it appears they do but I wanted to check to make sure.
Do you really need any surge arrestor for direct omni antenna connection onto the AP N-type connector?

I found the new issue online dated April 2016 and it suggested to use antenna AIR-ANT2547V-N-HZ version for 1552H, 1552SA/SD.
