We have the same issue with 7.2.5 and it was installed as 7.2.4 then updated. So, referring to the old certificate issues and updating alone does not help. However, if you are below 7.2.5 you should probably update anyway.
Hi, we had a similar issue and just resolved it. F5 was configured for Jumbo frame, but ISE by default is not. Also, we had no luck increasing the MTU on ISE 3.2. Maybe its just not working, maybe something else in the network dropped the jumbo frame...
