I would like to know if it's possible to set alarm treshold, alarm action, without using the apps RTMT.
I have a lot of customer (+30) and it will be easier to push a config file, like xml or cli command to change instead of open 30 RTMT and changing...
If I have a server with ELM 9.1(2) and I upgrade unity connection to 10.5, it's is supported? or I need to migrate license on PLM which is include on CUC 10.5 ?
Hi Paul,
it's normal, RIS database is pointing on 1 server at the time, you need to select the correct CUCM server where your phone is registered and you will see.
