I just created three interfaces with access-groups assigned to them (permit any) in CLI. This worked and I able to ping devices behind all three interfaces so I am currently under the assumption that this is a bug.

Found the issue. It was simple solution of adding the network statements to the eigrp for that particular interface. Basic mistake.

That is interesting since they have the part number but aren't selling it in singles. It would make for a great small home/lab test box. I have been searching and so far the lowest I have found is 8 packs. Thank you for the information.
