but I checked out your .pkt file. I did show ip route on R3 and did not find the 192.168.10.0 network in it. The issue seems to be that this command is not in R3

I would be careful about redistributing BGP routes to OSPF as you could overwhelm the OSPF routers with all the routes.
Are you redistibuting all BGP routes into OSPF or just some of them?
