POS on a 7206VXR/NPE-G1 using PA-SRP-OC12SML

I have need to support a OC12 for POS using the Cisco 7206VXR/NPE-G1. Has anyone using this type of configuration using the DPT-OC12 port adapter. Any help with this matter would be greatly appreciated

Transfer call to directly into VM with ring phone with Unity 3.1.3

I have been attempting to transfer call into voicemail with have the phone to ring by hit "TFR -> extension plus #2 and it does not work with Unity 3.1.3. Please advise on how this fucntion can work
