i suppose this has to be done by matching a dial-peer incoming called number then translating, just seems alotof administartive work, and a lot of dial peers...

I have the same problem, callmanager 5.1, come in in the morning and Extension Mobility stops working, phone just says "requesting" a reboot of the publisher cures the problem. Have you found an answer yet ?
