I am currently running CUCM version 10.5.1 and Cisco 2901 router with MGCP. The issue I am facing is that we can make local 780-xxx-xxxx outbound calls but we cannot make any long distance calls 1-403-xxx-xxxx
From debug isdn q931, I see :
Display i = 'Username Full Name - Ext'
Calling party number i = 'xxx' -- xxx representing the 3 digits extension of the internal device
Called Party Number i = 'xxxxxxxxxxx' Long Distance number dialed
The Calling Party Number should be the 10 digits number associated as the External Phone mask to the phone DN on CUCM.
Therefore, this make all long distance calls rings once then give a long pulse tone for about 15 seconds then we get a message
"We are sorry, your call cannot go through, would you please hangup and call again. This is a recording"
The External Phone Number Mask on each device Line is what we use for 4 other branches and those work fine but this particular branch does not. Any assistance would be appreciated.
