Help to solve Cisco MediaSense problem for Ukraine company

Hi, my name is Igor.

Until recently, our company used Cicso telephony and Mediasense call recording. These services were provided by another company. But, we terminated the contract with this company, the representatives of this company disabled CUCM and now we cannot authenticate to Mediasense Search and Play. And we need call records. How can we reach Mediasense without CUCM? Is it possible to get root access?
