We are deploying the 6851 phones to a pizza restaurant. The current design they are requesting would be 3 premium extensions with basic call center shared to 5 phones. Everything works perfectly on the setup but we are running into an issue when on the phone. While on the phone if another call comes in it will continue to ring on the phone and beep in the ear because the call center is alerting the other 2 available lines.
Is there a way to mute the ringer and the beep in the ear on this phone model when a call is active on that specific device?
