Hi,

I have 5 peoples lines on my phone and wanted to know if there is a way to SCREEN the call as i only want to answer it if it is an interoffice call.

What you mean "screen the call" ? Caller number of incoming call is shown on display, thus you know who's calling. So what's the problem ?

It does not display the number. Only if someone is calling my line. I want
to see a display of who is calling on my bosses line. Understand? Their
lines just light up but I wanted to know if there is a key I can press to
see incoming caller

Much better. You have no 5 lines on your phone as you mis-claimed in first comment. You have 1 line and you are monitoring state of 4 other lines.

Unfortunately, your phone know sthe state of monitored line only. It can't show the caller number as it don't know it.

It require different approach to solve the issue, but the exact solution depends on the call control system you are connected to. Contact the PBX administrator. He should know what's possible to do with your request.
