Cat5e Voice and Data Cabling?

Somebody  suggested me to use cat5e voice and data cabling for my restaurant so will you advice me that it will be best for me or not?

Cat5e would do fine. But in my opinion Cat6 is the future. If you want to future proof you can also use Cat6. Main difference is speed and interference. I think Cat6 would be costlier than Cat5e.

But you can use any depending on what your main concern is speed or cost and both would work with data and voice and provide poe as well.
