PORT CH SIG-TYPE OPER IN STATUS OUT STATUS TIP RING

4/0:1 08 R2-analog up idle idle

4/0:1 09 R2-analog dorm idle idle

Can you explain the cause to this behavoir (OPER -up IN -idle OUT -idle)

and how to solve this problem ?
