Problem with incoming and outgoing calls

Hellow, how are you, i have a problem with the CME configuration, the local comunication is working but incoming and outgoing calls doesn´t, so a don´t know what is missing, someone could help me? i atach some info

Could you share the full flow of call?

I guess you can't to complete calls in/out to pstn

Sure, the call flow is IP phone >> CME >> PSTN
