Save user/password: solution?

Folks:

Has anyone found some way to avoid having to enter the *&^%%$ username and password every time that I invoke AnyConnect VPN Client?

-- Using a profile?

-- Using command line arguments?

I tried to plow through the docs to figure these two areas out, but frankly there's such a mountain of them that I didn't really get very far, and nothing obvious popped up with googling and searching.

The FAQ here:

http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/ps8411/products_qanda_item09186a00809aec31.shtml#qa2a

... just says "no it's not possible", but this seems so dumb that I'm hard pressed to believe it.

If Cisco really isn't providing such a feature, then has anyone had any luck with some 3rd party automation tool?

FWIW, Cisco AnyConnect VPN Client Version 2.4.1012

Thanks,

-- Graham

Hello,

Unfortunately there is no way to do this currently with SSL/Anyconnect.  The only option to not enter a username/password is to user certificates and only do certificate authentication without AAA.
