AC 3.0 Full Tunnel Connection Fails After CSD Loads

I have an AC 3.0 connection that works fine prior to CSD.  Once I've enabled CSD I get CSD to load and then the AC tunnel fails.  Ive attached the DART bundle and a few screen shots.  Any Ideas?

this only fails when using Secure Vault, not Cache Cleaner.

anyconnect.txt file shows hostscan failure..

hostscan image was not installed on the ASA...

It appears that with host scan installed the error message goes away and the connection establishes.  I'm now seing a strange behavior.  When a connection is established via a web browser to the ASA interface the CSD loads the Secure Vault and then establishes an anyconnect full tunnel.  However, if I establish the connection using the anyconnect client the secure desktop does not load, even though the logs show that it loaded successfully.  I know it's hitting on CSD because I get a CSD popup for the Keystroke logger.  Ill throw some images up as soon as I capture them.

Anyone have any ideas?
