All the Remote Access VPN Sessions Randomly Stopped Working

Hello experts,

 

I really wish you could help me with the problem that I have.

 

All remote access VPN sessions stopped working suddenly. I can connect and establish the VPN session on the ASA but I do not have connectivity. I can't see any traffic in the session. I have tried several times, with different group policies, connection profiles and Users and the result is the same. 

 

I think it may be a bug or some option that has changed in the ASDM accidentally, because all the remote access VPNs were working well and this problem suddenly appeared.

Hi experts,

 

it seems an issue of the ISP of the Client. I tried with another ISP and the connectivity was successful.
