Allow Local Server Initiate traffic to Remote IPSec VPN Users

i have ASA and configured IPsec remote access vpn and cpn clients can access internal server successfull, but there is new request from vpn users need to initiate https traffic from local servers to their PC but not working, what i supposed to configure to allow such traffic

Local Server (192.168.1.116) >>>>> Remote VPN Users (172.16.16.143)

make sure 192.168.1.116 is added in split tunnel on your group-policy. and also make sure nat exemption in place for this address 192.168.1.116 to anyconnect clinets.

yes added to split-tunnel and nat exemption , i already can transfer files from vpn client to server but i can't do the reverse
