Annyconnect Mobility client Cannot Connect to Server

We have recently noticed that we are unable to establish a vpn connection via anyconnect mobility client. Says "Could not connect to server. Please verify internet connection and server address". Internet is ok and server address hasn't changed. We did change our certificate to a public certificate, but the client has connect once or twice since then, so not sure its a certificate issue, moreover the old self signed certificate was used and we are still getting the same error message. Any thoughts?

Hello,

 

Try to delete the xml on the machine and try again.

Do you get the message after login prompt or before that? if its before that, then the issue is with the SSL handshake else its after that. 

make sure the root cert for the ASA cert exists on the machine. add it to both user and machine store just to be on the safe side.

I am assuming its only 1 machine that is facing the issue others work fine. Also, check the anyconnect version on this one and the other machines.

if it still doesn't work, please collect a DART bundle.
