I have a question where can you download AnyConnect?

Try this http://www.cisco.com/cisco/web/support/index.html .. then go to the download tab.

If you didn't find it in the popular downloads, go to security -> VPN -> VPN client, you should find it there.

Then you will not be able to download the software. You should have a valid support contract to be able to download softwares.
