Any Connect Problem

Dear All, 

I am Dogan from Istanbul, Turkey.

I am a Macbook user. At the same time, I use Cisco Any Connect for VPN. The problem is when the Cisco Any Connect is connected, I can not make calls on Macbook, it somehow blocks outgoing / incoming calls. When I turn the Cisco Any Connect off, then I can make both incoming and outgoing calls. 

Is there anybody who can help me ?

It's likely that only your IT department can help here. I assume that they have the VPN configured in a way that breaks your soft phone. If that is a wanted use case, they will likely adjust to make it work.
