AnyConnect 4.5.02033 Not Updating

Every time I try to log onto the AnyConnect it starts to go through the updating process, but as soon as it hits 100% of the downloading of the new software, it shuts down and then opens a separate window that says it is installing the update, then suddenly says it failed.  And, to top that off, the software has been deleted from my computer and I have to reinstall it.  Anyone been having the same issue?  And, if so, please tell me how you corrected the issue.  I have reinstalled the and run the software several time with same results.  I have even reformatted my HDD and reinstalled Windows 10 and still the same issue.  It is driving me insane.  It was working a couple of weeks ago, but as soon as AnyConnect needed the update to move forward, I have been having this issue.  Thank you,

Are you noticing this on any other Windows computers in your organization? Do you have any antivirus/antimalware/EDR solution that could be interfering with the update?

No, only on this particular laptop.  I do not have any antivirus/malware programs running, other than the Windows Defender, which I turned off and tried to install AnyConnect, which did not work either.

Can you provide more information? How are you attempting the update (manually? webdeploy from vpn frontend? webdeploy via ise?)? Can you share a DART bundle or the event viewer log for AnyConnect? Lastly, what version are you attempting to upgrade to?

AnyConnect starts to update itself when I start to login to the IP address for our company.  Once I click on connect, enter the user name and password, AnyConnect starts to update in its window.  Then, when it reaches 100%, normally (on my other devices) it would just say updating and then it would automatically log me into the VPN after its done updating, but on this laptop, it shuts down, goes to another window which tells me it is updating, then after about 1 minute, it stops and says update failed.  I assume I am updating to the most current version, which appears to be 4.9.xxx.  I am not sure what a DART bundle is.   Thank you,
