AnyConnect 4.5.04029 Mac System Extension Blocked

Mac OS Monterey, 12.5.1

AnyConnect 4.5.04029 was installed, but I got the following message at the end of the install:



I then tried launching it from Applications, and got the following message.  Please advise:

You need AnyConnect 4.9 MR4 or above for macOS 11 and above. Older AnyConnect releases leverages Kernel Extension framework which is now deprecated by Apple. AnyConnect 4.9 MR4 and above leverages System Extension framework. Please refer to AnyConnect macOS 11 Big Sur Advisory .
