Hello everyone,
today I encounter a weird problem,
a single user cannot use DNS-base Services (IPs are available), but the AnyConnect connection got dns-server assigned and nslookup also works fine and no problem at all,
but for example, 'ping google.com' or 'ping <service>.<mycompany>.com' does not work, the same service/server is available over IP-address
I have no admin-permission on PCs, but I checked everything from AnyConnect-Adapter status to the AnyConnect Advanced window and everything seems ok,
Any suggestion?
PS1: there is only one user which experience the problem,
PS2: AnyConnect-update is ongoing but takes someday yet, so I need to solve the problem before all users could getting the update
