Anyconnect and Agent error

Hi gurus

I am trying to connect using anyconnect on xp pro sp3 machine, I am using webbase setup but when anyconnect is trying to connect or create the vpn connection and error comes up.

" The client agent has encounter an error"

this error will kill the session and kick me out of the VPN

How can I trouleshoot this gurus.

Hi Fernando,

When you get "The client agent has encountered an error." It means that AnyConnect encountered an unexpected and unrecoverable initialization failure.

To resolve this issue

1. Try restarting the computer or device, then start a new VPN connection. If this dosen't work then try step 2.
2. Specify proxy manually in Windows settings or use IP address rather than host name of the headend.
