Anyconnect client

Our ASAs consist of 5516-x and 5508-x and are all fully licenced and under support. Why can we not download the Anyconnect 4 clients. We get the message Additional Entitlement Required.

What do Cisco expect you to use if they wont allow you to download the Anyconnect client and what extra do you require to be allowed to download it. I would have expected new ASAs that we pay extra for VPN licences to be covered.

What do you mean by fully license.

FTD has different licenses based on ht feature (URL filtering, Malware
License, Intrusion License). Non of these contain VPN license. You need to
procure AnyConnect license separately.

We paid for AnyConnect User Plus Perpetual licences, but Cisco still say we dont qualify for Anyconnect version 4

The AnyConnect-order has to be assigned to your cisco.com-account to download the software. Ask your Cisco-partner that sold the license to you to assist you.
