AnyConnect fails system scan all of a sudden

Windows 10 (4.7.04056) In a previously working AnyConnect to corporate I am getting a system scan error:

 

"Action required to enable access"

 

I click "start" and see:

 

WINREG-DOMAIN. click start to begin, and it hangs.

 

What does this error mean?  Do I have to (somehow) log into the domain or something?

A few suggestions:

-I would suggest installing DART and generating a DART bundle.  Sometimes you can find valuable information in the gathered logs.  

-If you are able to let the remediation timer terminate and the client moves to non-compliant state you can go to scan summary to view the check you are failing.  This information can then be shared with your ISE admin who should be able to narrow things down.

-Lastly, please provide further information so the community can better assist:

--Compliance module version 

--Posture module version

--What the check that is failing is attempting to do

--Any other relevant information
