A few suggestions:
-I would suggest installing DART and generating a DART bundle. Sometimes you can find valuable information in the gathered logs.
-If you are able to let the remediation timer terminate and the client moves to non-compliant state you can go to scan summary to view the check you are failing. This information can then be shared with your ISE admin who should be able to narrow things down.
-Lastly, please provide further information so the community can better assist:
--Compliance module version
--Posture module version
--What the check that is failing is attempting to do
--Any other relevant information
