AnyConnect is connected, but I am still using my regular WiFi.

In the past when I connected to AnyConnect, the WiFi symbol in the bottom right of my screen would switch to ethernet and show my work network. If I go to google maps, it also shows my general home location. I can see that Anyconnect is connected. How do I get Windows to switch over to using vpn instead of my WiFi. I tried changing the interface metric in network settings, but that didn't work.

you meaning that Anyconnect is UP but your PC is use Wifi ??

Are you the administrator for the company network?

If you open your AnyConnect application window and click on statistics and Route Details do you see a bunch of networks listed under protected networks or do you only see 0.0.0.0/0?

Depending on what you find here, I suspect that your company has switched to split-tunneling.
