I have Anyconnect 3.1.01065 and we are using NAM. On uninstall of NAM, wireless adapters will not restore to the state prior to installing Anyconnect (by that I mean they are not able to connect to any wireless network). As well, the authentication tab on the wireless adapter properties is no longer availilble. We have had this happen on 5 workstations running Windows 7 and multiple versions of Anyconnect version 3.0 and above.
Based on the troubleshooting I've completed beyond basics:
-completed all the netsh reset command
-deleted and reinstalled wireless adapter in safe mode
-removed Anyconnect NAM profile
-disabled NAM on the profile distribution
-reinstalled multiple different times
Current state and result of the troubleshooting:
-wireless adapter is stuck on "Enabling"
-there are no adapters in the Anyconnect NAM module window
It appears that if I disable the WLAN Autoconfig that my adapter starts again, however, I am unable to attach to any networks. As well, I still do not have any any networks on the NAM module for which to process the connection.
Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated as our wireless connectivity is completely dysfunctional unless we reimage.
