Anyconnect Premium Licensing - Perpetual

I have Cisco ASA 5525 failover pair. Have Anyconnect Premium license with Perpetual installed. Should I need to add "Software Application Support plus Upgrades (SASU) contract" for my device. And should I do any license renewal for this device. Please advise.

You should migrate to AnyConnect 4 APEX until the end of the year. If you already have PREMIUM, the 3Y migration-license is free until 31.12. (your preffered dealer will probably charge a service fee). This upgrade includes "subscription/updates" for three years.
