AnyConnect Secure Mobility Client Error Message when connecting to VPN

Hello dear community,

when trying to connect to my university's VPN using the "Cisco AnyConnect Secure Mobility Client" I encounter the following error messages after successfully logging in with my university credentials in the browser:

Screenshot 1: The VPN client driver has encountered an error. Please restart the device and repeat the process.

Screenshot 2: AnyConnect could not establish a connection to the specified secure gateway. Please try to establish the connection again.

I have already reinstalled the Cisco AnyConnect Secure Mobility Client software. Additionally, I have contacted the university's data center support, but they were unable to assist me and referred me here. The version of the Cisco AnyConnect Secure Mobility Client I am using is: 4.10.07062

I would greatly appreciate any assistance.
