AnyConnect Secure Mobility Update Failure

Good morning,

I am having an issue during my VPN startup. AnyConnect is trying to upgrade from 4.10.03104, but after downloading the update I get a message saying "exiting" then it fails. I tried to turn off the auto-update in the profile settings, but it is over-written when I actually sign-in to the VPN server. Any suggestions or guidance on how to solve this one?

in anyconnect profile do you select auto update with user controller ?

Thank you for the reply, I have tried to set the UserControllable flag to true but that didn't help. Still continues the update, and even resets those values.

can I see the config you use in ASA for updating the anyconnect host ?

Is the ASA configuration at the vpn host level? If that's the case, I don't have access to that as I am not privy to that information.
