Hello,
I got a new laptop at work. We use Cisco AnyConnect Secure Mobility Client 3.1.10010. The icon that appears on my task bar is not the "globe", but is one that normally indicates that the application is missing (see attached). Does anyone know how I can get it back?
Thanks.

Hi,
So you are not able to see the icon.
May I know how did you get it installed or was it
Do you see Anyconnect files in the following location:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Cisco\Cisco AnyConnect Secure Mobility Client
If not then try to un-install the Anyconnect client and re-install it once again.

Aditya

Where can I get the AnyConnect install file? I've uninstalled AnyConnect since there were no files in C:\Program Files (x86)\Cisco\Cisco AnyConnect Secure Mobility Client as described above. I had the same issue with the icon missing.
I got this laptop as an IBM contractor from IBM preloaded with AnyConnect. The VPN allowed me to download the rest of the applications I need from the IBM internal app store. Now I cannot get to the IBM app store although I'm not sure AnyConnect would be there anyway,
Any suggestions are appreciated. Thanks

I contacted the IBM helpdesk and they were able reinstall AnyConnect and I'm back in business
