@bluesea2010 the authentication method is "aaa" on the ASA, you use ISE as the RADIUS server, which will then authenticate you to AD.

Asa send to ise and ise send to domain controller , from ise to domain controllers what authentication type is using

The actual user authentication to AD (from ISE) uses MS-RPC or Kerberos.
